Feeding Directions
Hoffman’s Equine Developer Ration is a part of the Hoffman’s line of equine feeds. This feed is intended to be fed at 1.0 – 3.0 kg per head daily, in at least 2 equal, separated feedings. Good quality hay should be fed at 1.0 – 2.5 kg per 100 kg of body weight. This ration is intended for weanling foals up to two years of age. For foals around weaning time, feed approximately 1.5 to 2.5 kg per day. Once weaned, feed to keep growth and condition adequate. The actual feeding level will be determined by the quality of the forage, level and intensity of the work, and the condition of the horse. Always allow free choice access to clean water, salt and Hoffman’s Horse Mineral.
